Angelina Jolie’s son Pax experienced a harrowing e-bike accident in late July in Los Angeles, and his mother has been steadfast in ensuring he receives top-notch care.
Sources reveal that Jolie enlisted some of the best medical professionals to address son’s severe facial injury, including a renowned plastic surgeon who meticulously assessed the large cut on his forehead.
“Angie was determined to ensure Pax wouldn’t be left with a significant scar,” a source shared.
“She personally arranged for the top plastic surgeon in Los Angeles to examine him and handle the injury. She’s an incredibly hands-on mother and was present throughout the consultation.”
This comes shortly after Pax made a public appearance with Jolie on September 8 at the Toronto International Film Festival for the premiere of her new film, Without Blood.
He worked as an Assistant Director on the film, joined Jolie on the red carpet, showcasing his recovery and ongoing involvement in the industry.
Despite his attempts to conceal his injury, a noticeable red scar was visible over his left eye.
However, Pax appeared upbeat and in good spirits, sharing smiles with his stunning mother, who dazzled in a black dress and opera gloves.
He has been involved in several of Jolie’s projects, including Kung Fu Panda, Maleficent, and First They Killed My Father, also worked as an Assistant Director on her new film, Maria.
Jolie was reportedly quick to be by Pax’s side when he was hospitalized following the accident on July 29, around 5 p.m., on Los Feliz Boulevard in Los Angeles.
A source revealed to Page Six that Pax was “stable” after the crash and confirmed that Angelina was with him at the hospital, providing support as he recuperates.
