As someone who runs hot and lives for fashion, fall is easily one of my favorite seasons. What isn’t there to love about changing leaves, cooler temperatures, and cold-weather clothing like sweaters, dresses, and boots? I’ll answer—nothing; it’s arguably the best time of year in my book.
While I do have a taste for the finer things like designer bags and footwear, my wallet doesn’t. I’m always doing my best to refresh my wardrobe on a budget. I’ve found so many luxe-looking pieces at an unexpected retailer—Walmart, and since wearing them, I’ve received nonstop compliments from friends.
I had the opportunity to review a handful of affordable pieces from exclusive brands like No Boundaries, Scoop, and Free Assembly and, as a result, curated the perfect fall-forward selection of clothing and accessories to mix and match for under $220. Keep scrolling to see everything in my latest fall fashion haul, and don’t hesitate to snag the pieces you love since several of them are already sold out in select colors and patterns.
Fall Fashion Haul Picks Under $45
Scoop Midi Denim Shirt Dress
I haven’t stopped wearing this denim shirtdress since I got it. I recently styled it for a friend’s baby shower and got so many compliments from fellow guests who couldn’t believe I got it at Walmart. Not only is it one of the most flattering dresses I’ve probably ever owned, but it’s effortless to style and incredibly comfortable. While the white color is out of stock, be sure to grab the black while it’s still available.
Unionbay Dolly Cowboy Boots
These metallic cowboy boots were comfortable right out of the box, and I’ve already gotten several friends to grab a pair since they are only $13 (yes, you read that right). They look fantastic with almost anything in my closet, and I’ve already walked miles in them without getting a single blister. I don’t know how else to say it other than you seriously need these boots (thank me later).
Time and Tru High Rise Wide Leg Jeans
Finding a great-fitting pair of jeans is often a struggle for me, but this $23 pair checks all my boxes. They’re just the right length and offer a waist-hugging fit, plus the front vertical pleats add an eye-catching touch that dresses up basic tees and tanks that I’m looking forward to wearing to work. The denim has the perfect amount of stretch and is buttery-soft, so I forget I’m even wearing jeans after having them on throughout the day.
Free Assembly Pleated Mini Shirtdress
I have many events to attend this fall, including bridal showers and dinner parties, so I plan on dressing up in fall-forward colors like chocolate brown and maroon. Free Assembly’s Pleated Mini Shirtdress comes in solid black and both navy and maroon polka dot patterns that align perfectly with my wardrobe color palette. I snagged this in maroon, and it looks incredible with my brown knee-high boots and a blazer.
