Currently in Mumbai, Johnson recently stopped at Antilia, the iconic residence of the Ambani family, where he mingled with Anand Piramal, Shloka Ambani, Sonam Kapoor, and others. - Fasting: Bryan avoids food, caffeine, and alcohol before and during flights, even opting for a 33-hour fast during his journey from LA to Mumbai via Singapore. He believes overeating disrupts sleep quality on flights.
- Sleep First: Skipping in-flight meals, he prioritises sleep immediately after takeoff, ensuring he isn’t disturbed by the service schedule.
- Blue Light Glasses: To prep his body for sleep, he wears blue light-blocking glasses to shield himself from cabin lights and screens, choosing to read instead.
- Avoid Alcohol: Bryan completely skips alcohol, citing its dehydrating and sleep-disrupting effects.
- Stay Hydrated: Increased water intake before and during the flight helps combat dehydration and fatigue.
- Sensory Management: He uses earplugs and an over-ear eye mask to block out cabin noise and light for uninterrupted rest.
