This year, Nicole Kidman has been a constant sight down on the newsstand, perhaps more so than ever. Over the past twelve months, the Australian-American actress and film producer has graced the covers of Vogue Australia, ELLE, Vanity Fair, W Magazine, and was splashed across a multitude of covers as the global cover star of L’Officiel in September. This month, Nicole Kidman takes to the cover of The Hollywood Reporter. The Los Angeles-based publication commissioned Alique to profile the multi-faceted talent. The cover shoot is complete with styling from Jason Bolden (a firm fave of Kidman). Bolden ultimately selected a floral Bottega Veneta dress for Kidman to wear in the closeup profile cover photograph.

“A new low for Alique…,” immediately disapproved GivenchyAddict.
“This looks like a mugshot,” forum member vogue22 exclaimed in shock.
“Well, we can’t just blame the photographer! We’ve been seeing Nicole Kidman in various magazines and campaigns for a while now, and when was the last time she looked good? I can’t remember!” noted DK92.
“God that green/yellow filter thing is awful. She looks sick,” Alquimista voiced.
Not everyone, however, shared the same underwhelming sentiments. “I can’t with the pale yellow hue! Other than that, curly Nicole is the best Nicole! She looks amazing,” defended GivenchyAddict upon returning to the thread.
“Absolutely glorious. I love the glamour, and the return of her curls,” mepps approved.
