Post the wedding, PV Sindhu and Venkata Datta Sai celebrated the baraat ceremony in ASAL and Mard by Abu Sandeep creations.
PV Sindhu, as a bride, embodied the grace of traditional elegance with the opulence of contemporary allure.
The three-day destination wedding in Rajasthan celebrated the sacred bond of PV Sindhu and Venkata Datta Sai.
According to tradition, after the wedding, the groom is supposed to come to pick up his wife, and the function is called ‘Baraat’. This function marks the couple’s new beginning and is celebrated as grand as the rest of the wedding festivities.
For this special moment, PV Sindhu and Venkata Datta Sai were styled by Bornali Caldeiraa in custom ASAL and Mard by Abu Sandeep ensembles respectively.
Inspired by the intriguing art form of Pichwai, PV Sindhu’s maximal ensemble displayed the beauty of flora and fauna, which looked magnificent in intricate patterns crafted with resham threads, crystals, and sequins.
The ASAL by Abu Sandeep lehenga also featured hand-embroidered maximal motifs consisting of lotuses, cows, and parrots that complemented PV Sindhu’s bridal look.
Honouring tradition with a modern twist, Venkata Datta Sai made a statement in a Mard by Abu Sandeep creation. The Aztec-inspired sherwani from the Azoic collection is hand embroidered with exquisite badla and resham thread work.
Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla’s craftsmanship have always been a wedding favourite, and we are not surprised that the couple chose their designs for more than one function.
For the haldi ceremony, PV Sindhu looked like a vision in ASAL by Abu Sandeep’s contemporary ensemble from the Geo Floral collection. Featuring ivory and beige details enhanced with a feast of mirrors, the outfit epitomizes the effortless elegance of the modern bride.
Adding glamour to the colourful soiree, Venkata Datta Sai dazzled in a jaali mirror kurta adorned with ivory resham and mirrors. The garment is a testament to Abu Sandeep’s devotion to meticulous craftsmanship, making it a wearable wonder of hand embroidery.
For the sangeet ceremony, PV Sindhu looked glamorous in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla green gown encrusted with bugle beads and crystals. Venkata opted for a vintage-inspired ensemble featuring geometric patterns infused with classic salli embroidery.
Every ensemble the couple chose for their wedding festivities reflected Abu Sandeep’s timeless aesthetic and beautifully celebrated PV Sindhu and Venkata Datta Sai’s wedding moments.
