Though most brands are going traditional this holiday season, some are breaking flavor barriers in interesting ways. For instance, Pringles is marrying sweet and salty with its new Butter Caramel chip flavor, which is designed to melt in your mouth. Another clever take on sweet and salty is Wendy’s new Salted Caramel Frosty, which makes an especially great pairing with the brand’s signature French fries.
Of course, combining sweet and savory flavors isn’t the only way brands are getting creative this holiday season. The 2025 food trends also include unique examples like the Little Latke potato latke crisps, which take the delicious take of the classic Hanukkah potato dish and turn it into a stackable, extra crispy chip.
