In a recent interview, Jennifer Aniston got candid and shared the secrets behind how she manages to stay fit and active at 55.
Jennifer Aniston’s mornings begin with a little ritual that fuels both her body and mind for the day ahead. In a recent chat, the 55-year-old actress opened up about the energizing drink she swears by each morning. Before diving into her workout, Aniston shares, “I drink ARMRA Colostrum first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it.” When the temperature dips, she switches things up a bit. “I’ll steep a little teaspoon of ginger, which is good for your digestion and immune system and then I’ll put a little drop of Manuka honey. It’s so delicious served hot,” she adds.
Jennifer Aniston’s focus on health isn’t limited to what she drinks. The actress emphasizes the importance of a balanced lifestyle, from what she consumes to how she takes care of her mental and physical well-being. “I love to share anything, any health tips, food tips, sleep tips,” she reveals. “I actually love to hear those, but I also love to share information that I learn,” Aniston shared in a conversation with People.
The journey to maintaining good health has brought with it a lot of lessons. One key takeaway for Aniston? Tossing aside the conventional notion of “no pain, no gain.” She firmly believes that it’s not necessary to push yourself through discomfort to see results. “That’s not true at all. You can actually have gain with no pain,” she told People.
This philosophy aligns perfectly with her collaboration with Pvolve, a fitness program focused on low-impact, transformative workouts. Aniston says that unlike other routines she’s tried, this one has genuinely changed her body for the better without leaving her feeling drained or intimidated. “You can actually enjoy your workout, not break your body, and have an incredible transformation,” she says. “In all the workouts I’ve tried over the years, this one has transformed my body more than any of the others, and it’s a really enjoyable workout that I don’t feel intimidated by, that I don’t dread,” she added.
The actress’ approach to health and fitness has always been focused on achieving a fit and healthy body through simple, sustainable choices.
