According to a Dubai housing website, the price of apartments in Burj Khalifa is as follows:

2 BHK: AED 2,500,000 (Rs 5.83 crore)
3 BHK: AED 6,000,000 (Rs 14 crore)

Gurugram’s Luxury Projects Are Not Far Behind

DLF, one of India’s largest real estate developers, is all set to launch its super-luxury project, DLF The Dahlias, on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. The project will be spread over 17 acres and will have 29 towers, with 400 ultra-luxury homes. The starting price of these homes is Rs 80,000 per square foot, while the average price of an apartment is around Rs 100 crore.
