The Negroni Bar by Campari is set to open its doors within The Alchemist Monument in London in February, and it’s a permanent place where fans of this cocktail can order six variations of the drink.
The cocktail-specific bar by the Italian apéritif brand will be decked out with red lighting and tinted mirrors to immerse guests in the color of the bitter liqueur. On-site, there’s a vending machine to pick up mini prints featuring hero serves by Campari—and the first 1,000 guests to purchase a Campari serve at the Negroni Bar will receive a token to print the designs.
As far as drinks, unique versions of the Negroni will be on the menu, like a barrel-aged, Paradiso, a Pressurised Negroni, a Negroni Sour, and a non-alcoholic option.
