The cocktail menu features winter favourites, all served warm like Noddy Toddy – a mix of bourbon, all-spice dram, ginger syrup, and lime juice in boiling water, Autumn in Winter – a concoction of Rye whiskey, in-house apple brandy, sweet vermouth, Jagermeister honey, cinnamon, and tincture, Some Like it Hot – Coffee liqueur, sambuca, hot black coffee, sea salt water, and a lightly whipped cream float, Oh! Mighty Wassail – a mix of brandy, aged rum, hot wassail, Japanese sushi rice vinegar, unsweetened pomegranate juice and spices, Monte Twisto Wants Negroni – Gin, amaro montenegro, vermouth syrup, and lemon juice, and lastly the essence of the winter Bitter Sweet consisting Bourbon, apples, cinnamon, orange bitters and spices.
