Have you been walking more in 2025? Research shows that regular walks tout endless benefits. It can improve longevity, lower blood sugar, lower depression risk and assist weight loss or weight maintenance, among other positives.
Those are just a few of the reasons why so many people depend on their daily walks, and that includes Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon. In an Instagram post from earlier this month, Sedgwick shared her husband’s go-to walking attire: a cap, sunglasses, pajamas and a white button-up with his go-to sneakers. We agree with Sedgwick’s caption of, “HOW does he make this work??”
We couldn’t help but notice his preferred walking shoe, and did some minor internet sleuthing to find the exact make and model. Bacon is wearing On Running Cloud 5 sneakers for his Sunday stroll, and we can see why. The light cushioned shoe is both breathable and easy to slip on. Plus, the design promises to keep your heel in place, so you won’t see Bacon’s *foot loose* in these sneakers!
