Blink-182, an American rock band, is gearing up to organise a concert in support of the LA fire relief show.
As per Live Nation, the three-member group comprised of Travis Barker, Tom Delonge and Mark Hoppus is headed to the Hollywood Palladium for a one-night-only performance.
All the Small Things hitmaker band has also invited Alkaline Trio as a special guest.
According to the outlet, 100 per cent of the ticket proceedings will go to Pasadena Humane Society, California Fire Department, LAFD Foundation and ARC Firefighter Fund.
It also announced that Ticketmaster’s “Face Value Exchange” will be put in place for the event, meaning fans who can no longer attend can only resell them to other fans at the original price paid.
The upcoming show is the latest in the list of Californian wildfire relief efforts throughout the music industry.
As Hollywood’s A-list musicians and celebrities pour into the city for the upcoming Grammy Awards, many events for the week have been cancelled including, big music production houses cancelling their pre- and post-Grammy activities, and instead redirecting their funds and support towards the relief efforts.
Another fire-relief concert, FireAid, is set to take place on January 30th, with star-studded musicians including, Billie Eilish and Finneas, Lady Gaga, Earth, Gracie Abrams and Katy Perry.
Tickets for Blink-182’s benefit concert are on sale since January 27th.
