From 22nd January to 9th February, Era, the new roaring mid-century-inspired hotspots is rolling out a festive feast to celebrate the Year of the Snake. Curated by Chef Sandeep Singh and Tanmay Ayre, the celebratory menu features an enticing selection of dishes designed to tantalise the taste buds and bring good fortune to the table. Guests can begin their feast with Chives & Cheese Dim Sum and Prawn Har Gao, both delicate and bursting with flavour. The mains include aromatic options like Chicken with Sichuan Peppercorn, Steamed Fish in Ginger Scallion, and the fiery Prawn in Mountain Chilli Spices, each dish crafted to evoke the bold and graceful qualities of the snake. For those craving comforting staples, the Asparagus & Egg White Fried Rice and Pan-Fried Noodles offer a perfect balance of texture and taste.
