Robert Pattinson is set to make a surprise appearance on the wildly popular Korean variety show Running Man, and fans are absolutely losing it! The actor was recently in South Korea, teaming up with the acclaimed director Bong Joon Ho to promote their upcoming film Mickey 17. Several clips and pictures of the actor doing aegyo had sent the internet into a frenzy, and, as if that wasn’t enough to ignite a fan frenzy, he’s now going to be joining the Running Man crew for an episode that’s sure to be a laughter riot. A teaser for his appearance has been released by the makers, and the internet is having a major meltdown over this unexpected crossover.
Robert Pattinson to feature on Running Man
Running Man has given fans a sneak peek into their upcoming episode featuring Robert Pattinson. In the clips, the cast, dressed as ancient-time beggars, embarks on a search mission with a calligraphy portrait, but things take a shocking turn when they stumble upon Pattinson.
Looking visibly starstruck by the presence of the Twilight star, cast member Song Ji Hyo confessed to being a huge fan. Meanwhile, Jee Seok Jin tries to play it cool, hastily explaining to Robert that they’re famous in Korea and not judging them on the basis of their dirty makeup and shabby clothes while shaking his hand.

About Mickey 17
Based on Edward Ashton’s 2022 novel Mickey7, the upcoming science fiction black comedy film starring Robert Pattinson has been produced, written, and directed by Bong Joon-ho.
The film’s plot revolved around a disposable employee who is sent to colonize the ice world Niflheim. When they die, a new body is regenerated with their memories, allowing the mission to continue.
Mickey 17 is slated to be released in theatres on March 7.
