Ingredients For Pizza Paratha
- 2 cups wheat flour (for roti)
- 2-3 cheese slices
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1-2 cheese cubes (grated)
- Capsicum, onion, tomato, corn (vegetables as per your choice)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Oregano, chilli flakes
- Butter
Steps To Make Pizza Paratha
- First of all, knead normal dough for roti. Then make big dough balls and roll them. Now roll them and put a cheese slice in the middle and close the ball and roll it again.
- After rolling with a rolling pin, make small holes in the paratha with the help of a fork, so that it becomes crispy like pizza and does not puff up like roti. Now bake this paratha on a pan. When the paratha becomes light brown, remove it from the pan.
- Now add ketchup, mayonnaise, salt and red chilli powder on the paratha and spread them well. Then, add grated cheese cubes and your favourite vegetables like tomatoes, capsicum, onion, and corn on top.
- Now add mozzarella cheese, oregano and chilli flakes on it. This will enhance the taste even more. Then apply a lot of butter in the pan and gently place this pizza paratha on the pan and cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. When the cheese melts well, the pizza paratha is ready.
