There are just some models who will always and forever have a special place in our hearts. Make no mistake Kate Moss is one of them. Whether the Brit beauty is returning triumphantly (after twelve years) to the cover of Vogue Japan or proving every inch of her worth in ultra-chic advertising campaigns for Zara – we’ll take it. Therefore, it does not surprise us here at theFashionSpot to see Elisabetta Franchi enlist Kate Moss as the face of the Spring 2025 campaign. In an ode to female empowerment, the industry icon does what she does best, reuniting with the photographic duo Luigi & Iango for the occasion. Moss is captured in the pair’s signature black and white throughout the simplistic series of campaign images.
Kate Moss for the Elisabetta Franchi Spring 2025 Campaign:
Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“I can get behind literally any black and white portrait of Kate Moss. She just has that effortless aura that works like a charm – even in the simplest of settings. Love the shot of her kneeling,” praised aracic.
“You could never make me dislike the sight of Kate Moss, or the work of Luigi & Iango. Therefore, I am ALL for this. The makeup, the hair, the styling… it’s all working,” voiced vogue28.
Yet not everyone was so forthcoming. “That kneeling pic is the least “Kate Moss-y” Kate Moss has ever looked. Almost like they ran the original shot through some cheap free AI art generator and it distorted her face,” pointed out forum member fashionsavvvvy.
“The campaign is such a non-event. A typical overly-airbrushed Luigi & Iango black and white image that could be mistaken for a Vogue editorial from 2018 or an Ermanno Scervino campaign,” FashionFanatico chimed in.
