The GO Logic 1200 Model is a stylish, prefabricated passive house designed for efficiency and comfort, using about 20% of the energy of a conventional home while retaining 90% of heat and 50% of moisture with its ventilation system. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home includes a spacious living room, kitchen, and loft area, combining sustainability with modern living.
Additionally, MAD’s Hainan Science Museum is designed to resemble a large cloud, with a curved exterior made from 843 silver-toned fiberglass-reinforced plastic panels. The structure integrates its core, floor plates, and facade to optimize resource efficiency, reduce waste, and seamlessly combine circulation and functionality.
Other notable 2024 architecture trends include Carmen Maurice Architecture’s Wine Storehouse, which “wraps a historic mill with a semi-circular winery on a vineyard” in Northern France and Studio Saar’s Srivan pavilion, crafted in the shape of a lily and featuring a reusable public space design.
