- 1 packet (Hakka/Instant Noodles)
- Garlic: 4-5 cloves (finely chopped)
- Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
- Capsicum: ½ cup (red, green, yellow, cut into thin strips)
- Carrot: ½ cup (cut into thin strips)
- Spring Onion: 2 tbsp (for garnishing)
- Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce: 1 tbsp
- Gochujang (Korean Chilli Paste): 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup: 1 tbsp
- Vinegar: 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: ½ tsp
- Sesame Seeds: 1 tsp (for garnishing)
Steps To Prepare Korean-Style Noodles
- Cook the noodles according to package directions with a pinch of salt added to the water.
- Drain the noodles after 2-3 minutes, or when they reach the desired tenderness. Rinse them under cold water to prevent sticking and set them aside.
