She made a spectacular comeback on the ramp and opened his highly anticipated fashion show. While Deepika got everyone talking, her makeup caught everyone’s eye.
On the runway, Deepika Padukone’s makeup was all things bold, dramatic, and maximalist. The makeup complemented her look. Recently, the actor took to her social media to share closeup images and safe to say, that the makeup has left our jaws on the floor.
Take a look at the actor’s makeup from Sabyasachi’s 25th-anniversary celebrations here.
To recreate Deepika’s makeup, start by prepping your skin. Cleanse your face with a face wash and follow it up with a toner and a moisturizer. Create a flawless base by opting for a foundation in a shade that matches your skin tone. Use a brush or a beauty sponge to gradually build up the coverage. Go in with a concealer and cover any blemishes well. Use your fingertips for a more natural finish.
Next, take a contouring shade and contour your face. Don’t shy away, gradually build it up and increase the drama. For the eyes, start with a soft brown shade on the eyelids. Top it off with a darker brown shade to add definition. Finally, add a subtle shimmering shade for that shine. Add a muted brown shade on the lower eyelids as well to complete the eye makeup. For the eyebrows, neatly groom them with a brush and fill in the gaps with an eyebrow pencil.
The star of the look was her bold lipstick. Start by lining your lips with a deep plum lip liner. Fill it in with a matte rich plum shade to add some drama and glamour. Seal your look with a setting spray and you are good to go!
