Yes, you can prepare fresh, homemade noodles using whole wheat flour, which is not only delicious but also a healthier option compared to packaged options. Ingredients For Roti Noodles
- 3–4 rotis
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 capsicum (cut into thin strips)
- 1 carrot (cut into thin strips)
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce (optional)
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil Green coriander (for garnishing)
Recipe
- Roll out square-shaped rotis and cut them into thin strips using a knife to resemble noodles.
- Apply a little oil to the strips and set them aside.
- Fill a pan with water, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil, and bring to a boil.
- Add the noodles and boil for 10 minutes, then strain and set them aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and lightly saute chopped garlic, chillies, and onions.
- Add capsicum and carrot, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add the boiled noodles and toss them gently.
- Mix in tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, and salt.
- Stir well. Cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and garnish with green coriander.
