Florida is known for its famous theme parks, breathtaking beaches and of course their beautiful year-round sunny weather, but now it seems that Florida is taking the food scene by storm.
Yelp just released their 12th annual Top 100 Places to Eat in 2025 list, and two of Florida’s restaurants ranked in 9th and 10th place.
Every year Yelp comes out with this top 100 list, and it’s an honor to be included. But of course, their top ten slots are an even more coveted list that is hard to make. That’s why it’s such a huge deal that Florida not only made it on this list once, but twice.
Coming in ninth place is Amy’s French Bakery & Bistro, located in Pompano Beach, Florida. This quaint cafe has 4.8 stars on Yelp and features fan favorites like savory omelettes, stunning Nutella crepes and satisfying ham and cheese croissants.

In tenth place on Yelp’s list is a Filipino restaurants called Kaya that’s located in sunny Orlando, Florida. Kaya is a cozy fine dining restaurant that features everything from noodles, seafood and veggies, to mouth-watering garlic rice dishes like their popular Tiger Prawn entree.

But of course, those aren’t the only southern restaurants being put on the map thanks to Yelp. Jack of Cups Saloon, located in Folly Beach, South Carolina makes the top twenty, coming in at number 17 on the list. Tatsumi Sushi, a Japanese restaurant in Austin, Texas comes in at a commendable number 25.
