Zoe Saldaña may have been honored with the American Riveria Award for her role in Emilia Perez at last night’s Santa Barbara International Film Festival, but her three sons adorably stole their mom’s thunder with an adorable appearance on the red carpet.
At the event, Saldaña was joined by her lookalike boys—identical twins Cy Aridio and Bowie Ezio, 10, and 8-year-old Zen Anton—whom she shares with her husband Marco Perego. Posing for photos together, the actress flashed a big smile at the camera while sweetly wrapping her arms around the youngsters, who sported matching looks consisting of tiny black suits with white shirts underneath and coordinating white sneakers.

Saldaña, for her part, twinned with her sons in a backless black sequined gown that featured a high neckline in front with no sleeves. She accessorized with black pointy-toe pumps and pulled her dark brunette hair back into a braided ponytail that was accented with a bow.

This isn’t the first time Saldaña’s sons publicly supported their mom this award season. Back in December, Cy, Bowie, and Zen joined both of their parents at the Emilia Perez premiere in Turin, Italy, at the National Museum of Cinema, where Saldaña accepted the Stella della Mole Award.

On that occasion, the boys wore black suit jacket and pants with colorful graphic T-shirts, while their dad opted for a black leather moto jacket and jeans and their mom chose a gray maxi skirt with an oversized black V-neck sweater on top.
In light of the recent family red carpet appearances, Saldaña and Perego have previously voiced their desire to keep their children out of the spotlight. “Marco and I have a great deal of respect for the privacy of our kids,” Saldaña told People in a 2017 interview. “We have to choose for them and part of that is giving them the anonymity that they need so that they can feel safe and not aware of anything around them.”
