Costco always gives club members a new reason to come in store, from great deals on Kirkland Signature products to fresh items in the bakery and prepared foods section. Their newest cheesecake creation will certainly have you reaching for your membership card and car keys.
A tiramisu cheesecake is the newest bakery specialty. Its described as having a “graham and cocoa crust” with “cold brew cheesecake” and “mascarpone whip topping.” Each cheesecake, if you can believe it, comes in around 4.5 pounds, and the price is about $24, a bargain if you account for all the cream cheese and eggs that a homemade cheesecake most certainly requires.
Fans of Costco call this new dessert “heavenly,” and one wrote on Reddit they “won’t be able to resist” the new cheesecake when it gets to their store. The dessert appears to be rolling out to more stores, but if you want to be sure your Costco has it, give the bakery a call. Not all stores have it currently, per social media reports.
On Instagram, fans of the account costcobuys wrote, “It was the best dessert I’ve ever purchased from Costco!” A second said, “It’s delicious highly recommend.” On costcoguide’s post about the cheesecake, one follower shared that they bought one for a recent sports gathering and it was “amazing.” For a big party, it would certainly be a winning choice—once cheesecake easily has 16 servings.

We tested the cheesecake for ourselves. It delivers big on the tiramisu flavor. The coffee flavor is not subtle in the cold brew cheesecake layer, so if you’re on the fence about a tiramisu dessert, this won’t be for you. There are no traditional lady fingers, so if this mashup strays too far from the Italian dessert, we understand.
However, if you like coffee in all its forms and at all times, you’ve got a new favorite dessert waiting for you. The cocoa-and-graham crust is deeply rich. In fact, one person suggested it might be too intense for the delicate mascarpone whipped topping, but taken bite by bite, the consensus was that it was a beautifully balanced dessert. Likely one you might want to enjoy with a warm cup of coffee.
