At 75 years old, Meryl Streep still has moves—and she’s cutting up the dance floor at SNL to prove it. Spotted at the legendary live show’s 50th anniversary afterparty, the Only Murders in the Building actress joined forces with fellow Hollywood A-lister Jason Momoa to quite literally dance the night away.

Fans first spotted the pair thanks to an Instagram carousel posted by Momoa. “I AM SO GRATEFUL,” he wrote in the caption. “Congratulations @nbcsnl OHANA. SNL50 what a magical 3 days. GREATEST SHOW OF ALL TIME My mind is blown.”
Momoa also included photos of him and his girlfriend, Adria Arjona, and actors like Anya Taylor-Joy, Bill Murray, and Chevy Chase (the latter of whom was an original SNL cast member).

SNL aired its first-ever live variety show on October 11, 1975. Along with Sunday night’s star-studded party, the long-running sketch comedy series also celebrated its anniversary with a docuseries called SNL50: Beyond Saturday Night, where each episode focuses on a different part of the show.
While Streep has never hosted SNL, Momoa has done so twice: once in 2018, and again in 2023. The Aquaman star began his most recent opening monologue with an apology to his mom, who, he said, is “still recovering from giving birth to me.”
“I’m so happy to be here. I love this place. I love life. I love waking up, washing my luxurious hair with a full body of shampoo,” he continued, shaking ponytail. “And I love playing Aquaman because I love the ocean.”
