Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship is in full swing, with a source recently telling Us Weekly that Trayvis are “both on the same page about taking the next step” with an engagement. The couple’s high-profile romance has survived and thrived throughout the cross-continent Eras tour as well as a high-pressure football season (and a disappointing Chiefs Super Bowl loss), but the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s older brother isn’t surprised. In a new interview, Jason Kelce revealed how he could tell that Travis’s feelings for Swift were end game from the get go.
While speaking with The Steam Room podcast hosts Charles Barkley and Ernie Johnson on a Friday, February 21 episode, the retired Eagles player admitted to drawing a blank when asked when he first found out that Taylor and Travis were “hanging out.” However, he revealed that he could immediately tell that his younger brother was serious about the “Blank Space” star from “the moment he was with her”–a realization that was “eye opening” to him.
“I think this felt different,” Jason told the podcast hosts about Taylor and Travis’s romance. “What also felt different is just the way he talks about her and talked about her from the moment he was with her.”

He explained, “You could tell how much he really, really liked her, right from the get-go. “I think that the level early on in that was something that was very eye opening to me when we first had discussions.”

Now that the couple is free from their work obligations, they’re reportedly prioritizing some R&R before turning their attention to what’s next in their relationship. “They both want to rest and decompress. Neither of them have huge commitments coming up,” a source recently told Us Weekly about their post-Super Bowl plans. “Taylor wants to go to multiple places in Europe and somewhere tropical.”

A second insider said that the couple had started thinking about a potential engagement and “those close to them actually think [Travis might get down on one knee] while they’re on vacation.” They added, “Taylor and Travis work so well [together]. They’re still madly in love, and their relationship just keeps getting better and better.”
