A plate of these juicy, garlicky steak bites is sure to be the first thing to disappear from the table. Each bite is succulent and flavorful with just the right amount of seasoning. We’re sharing two cooking methods for making steak bites. Serve the finished steak with extra garlic butter for dipping.
How to Make Steak Bites in the Air Fryer
We love the flavor of cooking steak bites in a cast iron pan, but the air fryer does a great job as well. To make air fryer steak bites, preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Prepare steak bites through step 1. Toss steak bites in oil. Place steak bites in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 4 to 6 minutes or until well browned and just pink in the center. Transfer to a serving platter. Prepare garlic butter as directed in step 3, drizzle over steak bites, and sprinkle with chives.
What to Serve with Garlic Steak Bites
These steak bites are delicious on their own as an appetizer, but just as easy to turn into a full meal. We like to serve them with mashed potatoes or roasted baby potatoes and cooked vegetables such as green beans or broccoli and a green salad.
