Recently, Hrithik shared a glimpse of his rigorous workout routine on Instagram, leaving the internet in awe of his commitment.
In the video, Hrithik Roshan, dressed in a yellow tee and cap, is seen pushing himself through an intense gym session. While cycling, he is asked about his favourite part of the day, to which he responds, “It’s when I’m in the gym.”
The video, then, shifts to multiple shots of Hrithik giving it his all in the gym. As he pushes through his workout, he opens up about how he motivates himself, even using pain as a driving force. Hrithik can be heard saying, “Sometimes, you’re driven by pleasure. Sometimes, you’re driven by pain. A lot of the time, that works. But when pleasure stops working, you have to start using pain. That’s what I am going through now. Pain for the brain.”

Before this, the actor left fans swooning over his stunning physique in the film ‘Fighter.’ The actor followed a strict diet to achieve that desired look. Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, he gave a sneak peek into his diet routine. “I follow a certain kind of diet. I wake up, and I have 6 egg whites along with some avocado. After that, my next four meals are a set meal that I have in a box that contains 70 grams of protein, some salads, and veggies, and I keep modifying things depending on my weighing scale,” he said.
