Upgrade your classic pound cake with flecks of Froot Loops throughout and a glaze made from Froot Loop cereal milk. The fruity flavors of the cereal are amplified by the fresh lemon zest in the batter, while additional cereal pieces on top add a bit of crunch.
As with all Bundts, it’s important to grease the pan properly for a clean release. We recommend using a nonstick baking spray, which contains flour, rather than a traditional cooking spray (which actually might damage your pans). Although we styled the cake in a classic Bundt shape, this recipe will also work with any of the fun 10-cup specialty Bundt pans that come in a wide variety of designs.
