- Make getting enough sleep a priority: Akshay Kumar stresses the value of getting enough sleep. He maintains a strict sleep schedule so that his body and mind may rest and recover. Getting enough sleep speeds metabolism, facilitates recuperation, and encourages weight loss.
- Get some sunshine and fresh air. Time spent outside can affect health. Since both are essential for general well-being, Akshay Kumar promotes getting fresh air and sunlight. The cornerstones of a healthy lifestyle are oxygen, vitamin D, and a positive outlook.
- Stay away from processed foods: Akshay Kumar advocates for natural, home-cooked meals and cautions against using fake supplements and processed foods. Instead of processed meals and refined oils, he says, “trust the good old desi ghee.”
