My Review of Glow Recipe’s Anti-Aging Blush Launch as a Beauty Editor

They say change happens slowly, but one day, it’s like a switch flipped overnight, and my skin looked duller, less vibrant, and, frankly, started showing signs of aging. Even my trusted makeup products stopped providing me with my usual fresh-faced glow. So, when I heard the new Glow Recipe blush contained hydrating niacinamide, a proven anti-aging ingredient known for its ability to erase dark spots, and other moisture-replenishing ingredients, I slathered it on my cheeks like icing on a cake.

I can see why the Dewy Flush had a 35K waitlist ahead of its launch—the multifaceted product does more than highlight my bone structure. It helped smooth the appearance of my fine lines, washing over them with a hydrating sensation that made my skin look tighter and bouncier.

Unlike powder options that sit stiffly on my skin or sticky cream options, the Glow Recipe Flush stays true to the brand’s skin care roots. Still, if I want to pump up the party to a Sabrina Carpenter-level flush, I layer the lighter shade with the natural berry mauve.
