Millie Bobby Brown is spilling details about her relationship with her husband Jake Bongiovi as she offers an inside scoop on his passion for making empowering stories.
The British actress, who is widely known for her role as Eleven in hit Netflix series Stranger Things, opened up to Vanity Fair about her husband’s personal interests.
Speaking of her husband, whom she married in 2024 after a year-long engagement, Brown explained, “Jake’s passion is creating stories that ultimately empower people.
“He shares such a similar goal to me in that I want others to be able to watch my projects and feel empowered and feel like someone is rooting for them.”
In addition, the 20-year-old didn’t hesitate to talk about their relationship dynamic as she further explained the importance of discussing each other’s political views and careers ahead of ‘going into it.’
The actress continued, “We talked about our political views, what kind of family we want to build, the kind of home we want to live in, the kind of relationship we’re looking for, the kind of careers we want.
“It’s such an important decision, and we wanted to make sure we were making the right one. I knew I was. It always felt right with him.”
For the unversed, Brown tied the knot with the love of her life on May 18, 2024 in an intimate ceremony in the US ahead of revealing it on Instagram.
