Love is Blind may not be the most conventional way to meet your one true love, but for a few select couples, the experiment has clearly worked. Take season one’s Amber and Matt Barnett, who celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary in 2024 and are expecting a baby in 2025. Or season six’s Johnny McIntyre and Amy Cortés—following their time in the pods (which included an engagement), the pair tied the knot and are approaching their second wedding anniversary this May.
Rather than love at first sight, perhaps we could call it love at first listen. “It wouldn’t have mattered what he looked like,” Cortés said on the show. “I truly fell in love with his heart and soul.”
Of course, not all Love is Blind couples are quite so lucky, and in fact, McIntyre and Cortés were the only couple who stayed together from season six. As for season seven? Once again, each couple eventually called it quits—except one. Ahead, a breakdown of what happened with every duo from Love is Blind season seven.
Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans

Starting on a high note, Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans are the only couple from season seven who stayed together. After winning the hearts of fans and, obviously, each other, the pair got engaged and tied the knot during the show’s final episode.
“Sometimes the universe just calls and you can say yes to something people call an unlucky number or an illogical way to choose a life partner but I’m so happy we said yes and continuing to defy the odds,” Krause later wrote on Instagram. “@garrett.josemans I fell in love with you for your kindness, intelligence, honesty and wit but I’m staying for the fish 🎣”
The couple have since relocated to Washington, D.C. after spending a stint in Krause’s hometown of San Diego. “I think it’s just a really great compromise,” Krause explained. “We’re both really excited about it and we’re gonna do that in the next couple of months and I’m sure we’re gonna grow from doing our first big move together.”
Ashley Adionser and Tyler Francis
Netflix
Despite tying the knot during the season finale, Ashley Adionser and Tyler Francis were not in it for the long haul. The couple called it quits after roughly a year of marriage in January 2025.
“After much reflection, I want to share that Tyler and I have been separated for several weeks and have now made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” Adionser wrote in a statement shared with People. “While I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage.”
She went on, “This was not a decision I made lightly, but one I know is necessary for my own growth and peace,” she adds. “While this chapter is ending, I will always hold respect for the time and love we shared. I kindly ask for privacy during this deeply personal time as I focus on healing and building a new future. Thank you for your understanding and support.”
Prior to their split, the couple also made headlines when it was revealed that Francis was not merely a sperm donor to his three biological children, and had actually spent Christmas morning with them prior to joining the show.
“There’s pictures of me around,” he acknowledged. “I played a part that became very shaky with a friend. There’s no rule books to this… but I do want to let people know Ashley knows all this. This is news to the world, this has never been news to us.”
Marissa George and Ramses Prashad
Ramses Prashad broke off his engagement to Marissa George just days before their televised wedding was set to take place. “I was pretty blindsided by the level of doubt and uncertainty he felt,” George later revealed in an interview with Vulture. “When someone’s looking you in the face every day, multiple times a day, saying, ‘I’m 100 percent in,’ it’s jarring to hear, all of a sudden, ‘Not only do I no longer want to get married to you—I don’t want to date you anymore. I don’t want to do anything anymore.’ At that point, you feel like your world’s upside down, really. You’re like, ‘Am I freaking crazy?'”
George has since recovered from the shock and went on to meet someone the old-fashioned way: in-person. Prashad, meanwhile, isn’t looking for another romance just yet. “I quickly realized that I just needed to take a step back, reflect, and enjoy my platonic relationships,” he told Tudum.
Brittany Wisniewski and Leo Braudy
Brittany Wisniewski and Leo Braudy took the unlikely journey from strangers to lovers to friends after they got engaged, broke it off, and remained close following the end of season seven. Since then, both appear to have found love elsewhere, with Wisniewski coupling up with the singer Mod Sun and Braudy doing the same with Ally Shapiro.
Monica Davis and Stephen Richardson
Netflix
Monica Davis called off her engagement to Stephen Richardson after she found some suspicious text messages on his phone, according to Entertainment Weekly.
“I discovered the texts just by total coincidence,” she told the outlet. “We were in our apartment that day, and in the morning, Taylor and Garrett had sent all of the couples a text that said, ‘We’re going to be baking fall goods for everyone, and we’re going to drop them off later tonight.’ We were expecting them to come by soon, and he had to go the bathroom, so he left his phone, and it lit up.”
Following their breakup, the pair remained amicable. Davis found love again with a past partner while Richardson has stayed single (for now).
Alex Byrd and Tim Godbee
Netflix
Alex Byrd and Tim Godbee are yet another ex-couple who broke off their engagement mid-show with a rather dramatic fight that ended with Godbee saying, “I don’t ever want to see you again.” The DJ then took to Instagram to offer his two cents on the breakup.
“When love, authenticity and respect are consistently met with lack of effort, constant antagonizing and lack of respect for your physical and mental space, it must be met with firm and unmistakable terms,” he wrote. “There is much left out from our story, some of which out of an attempt to protect something I once held dear.”
Hannah Jiles and Nick Dorka
Netflix
Hannah Jiles and Nick Dorka had a tumultuous relationship that ended with a breakup prior to their wedding day. One major problem? When they finally met in person, both parties were disappointed by the other’s looks. Jiles made a “comment” about Dorka’s height, while Dorka called Jiles a “grenade.”
“I shouldn’t have done that, but I was just straight up about it and he was feeling the same exact way but he just wasn’t saying anything,” Jiles later told US Weekly. “I think that’s why it hurt my feelings. If you felt like that, you should have told me.”
She continued, “I really do think I was [in love with him]. We wouldn’t have stayed together for so long if [not]. Yes, towards the end, we are not good. But there were a lot of great things about Nick and I think you don’t see all the good moments that we had. We had a lot of endearing, sweet moments where [I felt] it could really work. Obviously, there was just a lot more trouble than there was good things and that’s why we broke up.”
